Our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on February 15, 2024 and by the Shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on February 16, 2024 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 14, 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. Consequent to the conversion of our Company, the name of our Company was changed to ‘Ajay3 Limited’
